What turbine equipment do you work with?
Steam, gas and hydro turbines — both modern units from foreign manufacturers, and equipment produced at USSR plants. We also work with pump, compressor and boiler equipment. The full product range — in the “Catalog” section.
What is required to place an order?
To place an order a defect report and a list of spare parts subject to replacement are required. If such documentation is unavailable, it will be necessary to carry out the relevant inspection and prepare the necessary materials — we can also help with this. After receiving the source data we will provide an initial technical response and a preliminary assessment of the work completion timeline within 2–3 weeks.
What sets you apart from other suppliers of turbine components?
First — direct access to original manufacturers’ documentation through partnerships with manufacturing plants (Rotors Tech — official representative of PTMZ in the international market). Second — one contract and one point of responsibility for the entire cycle: engineering, production, documentation, delivery, installation supervision.
Do you guarantee that the component will fit our unit?
All technical requirements — material, tolerances, fitting dimensions — are agreed with your engineers before production starts. We approve the process sheet in writing. For components manufactured based on a restored drawing, compatibility with the specific unit is specified in the contract terms.
How long does it take to manufacture a component?
It depends on the type of part, material and availability of source documentation. Simple components based on a ready drawing — minimum 3 months. Complex parts with approvals — from 3 to 6 months. Finished units - from 12 months. For urgent orders priority production and accelerated logistics are possible — the actual timeline is provided after analysis of the specific task.
What documentation comes with the finished part?
Quality certificate, certificates for the materials used and certificates for all tests required by the technical documentation.
Can your experience be verified before signing the contract?
Yes. Upon request under NDA we will provide descriptions of completed projects, equipment types and delivery regions. General project figures and delivery geography — on the “Delivery geography” page.
