Our rotor-stator pairs are compatible with Putzmeister, IMER, Kaleta, PFT, KTR, Ewen Wall, Turbosol, M-Tec, BMS, TurboMix, Maltech, Bunker and other manufacturers. The catalog includes 20+ sizes covering the range of the most common machines on the plastering and mortar pump market.
What is the minimum order quantity?
From 10 pairs for standard supply. If you would like to test a pair on your equipment first, a test batch from 1 pair is available under separate terms.
What are the production and delivery times?
Popular models are in stock — shipment from 10 business days. Custom production takes up to 1 month, plus delivery: by air — 1–2 weeks, by rail — about 1 month, by sea — about 2 months. The full cycle from order to receipt for custom production averages around 3 months.
How do your pairs differ from original OEM kits?
Two key things. First — price: with comparable quality and compatibility, the cost is on average 1.5–2 times lower than OEM. Second — a wide range from a single source: you can cover most brands through one supplier, without having to manage connections with dozens of different spare parts manufacturers.
What materials are the rotors and stators made of?
Rotors are made of cast iron or steel, depending on the model and load conditions. Stators have a steel housing with an internal rubber lining that ensures the working seal of the pair.
How is quality controlled before shipment?
Three levels of quality control: visual surface inspection for defects, metal hardness measurement, and verification of geometric parameters in accordance with the drawing. Each batch undergoes inspection before packaging and shipment.
What warranty do you provide for your products?
The warranty covers manufacturing defects identified during batch acceptance inspection — in this case, replacement or refund is provided. The service life of the pair depends on the model, material, composition of the pumped mixture and operating intensity, so the expected lifespan for specific conditions is agreed individually.
My rotor-stator pair model is not in the catalog — what should I do?
We will manufacture a rotor-stator pair to the required size based on a sample or drawing. Simply send the parameters or a photo of the worn part with measurements — we will either select the closest equivalent from our range or start production of a custom pair for your machine.
Can I order pairs with my logo for resale?
Yes, OEM production with the customer’s logo is available. This is a practical option for dealers, service centers and companies with their own private label. The minimum order quantity and production time for a branded batch are discussed individually.
Where do you supply and under what terms?
We supply worldwide by sea, air, rail and road transport. Standard Incoterms are EXW or DAP, as agreed with the client. Packaging: crates that ensure product safety for any type of transportation.
