The Rotors Tech team, together with our Lithuanian partner, held a working meeting with the management of AB Achema in Jonava. The discussion focused on cooperation in the manufacturing, repair, and modernization of steam turbine equipment and components.
Rotors Tech Engineering and Manufacturing Capabilities
During the meeting, we presented the engineering and manufacturing capabilities of Rotors Tech and JSC PTMZ. The companies’ expertise covers critical steam turbine components—from technical assessment and manufacturing to repair and modernization.
Special attention was given to solutions for the GTT-3M. The areas discussed included:
- manufacturing of turbine blades;
- production and refurbishment of diaphragms;
- manufacturing and repair of rotors;
- work with other critical turbine components.
The parties also discussed technical areas that are new to the plant and exchanged practical experience in implementing industrial projects. More examples of our completed work are available in the Rotors Tech Cases section.
Cooperation and Delivery Prospects
Following the meeting, the parties outlined the next steps for developing cooperation and preparing potential deliveries for 2027. Continued technical dialogue will help define the plant’s requirements in greater detail and identify suitable engineering and manufacturing solutions.
