Supervised installation of the T-110/120-130-4 turbine at Novi Sad CHP Plant

Problem:
Spare parts supply and technical supervision were required for the installation of a T-110/120-130-4 steam turbine at Novi Sad CHP Plant.
Situation:
The project was carried out at Novi Sad CHP Plant in Serbia. The turbine, serial No. 26658, had to be prepared for further operation after the installation of components.
Solution:
RotorsTech s.r.o. supplied the spare parts and provided supervised installation support, including installation supervision, assembly, adjustment and technical control of the turbine.
Result:
The turbine was prepared for commissioning and put into operation. The supply and completed work were accepted without claims.

In Serbia, RotorsTech s.r.o. completed a complex project for a T-110/120-130-4 steam turbine at Novi Sad CHP Plant. The scope included the supply of spare parts and supervised installation support required to prepare the equipment for further operation.

The project was connected with follow-up work on site: installation, assembly, adjustment and technical control of the turbine. For equipment of this class, the supply of components and installation supervision must be aligned with the technical documentation and the actual conditions at the power plant.

Project task

The task was to prepare the T-110/120-130-4 turbine, serial No. 26658, for commissioning after the installation of new components. At this stage, it was important not only to supply the required spare parts on time, but also to supervise the correctness of the work performed on the equipment.

For steam turbine equipment, installation accuracy and proper adjustment directly affect the reliability of subsequent operation. Therefore, the project required coordinated work with the technical documentation and the schedule of operations at the facility.

Scope of work

RotorsTech s.r.o. organized the supply of spare parts and carried out supervised installation work. The specialists supported installation operations, participated in assembly and adjustment, and checked whether the completed work met the technical requirements.

The main areas of work included:

  • supply of spare parts for the steam turbine;
  • supervision of installation operations;
  • assembly and adjustment of the equipment;
  • technical control of completed work;
  • preparation of the turbine for commissioning activities.

Result

The equipment was prepared for commissioning and put into operation. The supply and supervised installation work were accepted without claims regarding the quality of components or the work performed by RotorsTech s.r.o.

This case demonstrates the company’s experience in projects where spare parts supply is combined with technical support during critical stages of turbine equipment restoration.
