4 Rotors for Plastering Machines – One Order, One Shipment

One Client, Four Models, One Deadline

When a job site runs multiple machines, sourcing rotors gets complicated — different specs, separate lead times, mismatched quality. A recent client needed four rotor models at once. We manufactured, inspected, and shipped everything in a single batch.

Rotors Produced

60/12 — High-Flow Rotor

Up to 240 l/min, 25 bar. Compatible with Putzmeister SP, IMER Prestige, CompactPro 60 and more. Hardness verified on every unit.

D6-3 — Europe’s Most Common Plastering Rotor

30 bar, 20 l/min at 400 rpm. Fits PFT G4, Putzmeister MP 25 & 35, Uelzner S 48, M-Tec DuoMix and others. Individually checked before shipping.

2L8 Hexagonal & 2L8 Square — Two Head Types, One Batch

560 l/min at 400 rpm. Fits Putzmeister SP 20 & SP 25, Brinkmann FHS, PFT ZP3 XXL and other large-format machines. Both variants manufactured simultaneously.

How We Work

We produce rotors from cast iron and steel, selected based on your operating conditions. Custom manufacturing is available from drawings, worn samples, or technical specs — useful when OEM parts are discontinued or overpriced.

We also cover heavy-duty and non-standard conditions: abrasive media, high pressure, continuous-duty cycles.

Ordering multiple models in one batch reduces downtime and simplifies logistics for teams managing mixed fleets.
