We Have Mastered the Production of Steel Rotors

We are proud to announce that our company has successfully mastered the production of steel rotors! This significant step was made possible by the introduction of modern technology and high-precision equipment, which allows us to create products of the highest quality.

Our steel rotors are made of high-strength structural steels of 42CrMo and 20Cr grades, which provides them with increased strength and resistance to wear. Each rotor undergoes rigorous quality control at all stages of production, including spectral analysis, hardness measurements and geometric checks to meet our customers’ high standards.

We offer customised steel rotors from the smallest to the largest, used in a variety of applications. Our rotors are ideal for use in the construction industry as well as other industries where screws are used such as food processing, oil and gas, chemicals and agriculture.

Manufacturing steel rotors allows us to produce products more quickly, customised to each customer’s individual needs. Steel rotors are easier to manufacture than cast iron rotors, yet they are just as good in quality.

We are ready to offer the best solutions for your business, ensuring reliability and efficiency. Contact us to learn more about our new capabilities and order steel rotors for your production!
